KEWAL SINGH AHUJA – OF COUNSEL
Kewal has over 22 years of extensive experience in handling almost the entire spectrum of legal cases pertaining to varied fields, including corporate, commercial, civil, company law, constitutional, IPR, consumer and criminal cases. He has vast exposure of appearing before Supreme Court, various High Courts, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (MRTP), Consumer Courts and other Tribunals and forums. He is an expert in handling domestic and international arbitrations and mediations. He also acts as an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes before International Arbitration.
Kewal has successfully settled more than 100 pre-litigation mediation/ conciliation cases under the aegis of Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various other courts acting as Mediator/ Conciliator.
He also has extensive exposure to the corporate legal environment and successfully advised clients and drafted and finalised their joint ventures and various other corporate commercial documents/ agreements. He also has experience in registration of Trademarks and Copyright work.
